Patient visit fees have been going down substantially since Obama Care cut Medicare by fees by 44%. I even called ZocDoc about this and how to handle yet they still charged me for the booking. NOW Zocdoc wants to charge $40 for “patients” that can’t or won’t be confirmed. If I could not confirm, then I would cancel the appointment during this time/window and not be charged by Zocdoc.
